About Dr. Love

Who am I? I’m Doctor Stuart Love of course. When I’m not dad, I am either operating my chiropractic practice in Victoria, BC or travelling with the PGA Tour as a health care practitioner for Pro Golf Health.

I graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1996 with clinic honours. From here I went on to complete the Fellowship program for the College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Fellowship candidate).

My love of sport started with pole vaulting, where I competed on the Canadian National Track and Field team for 10 years, and after a 17-year break, returned to compete in the 2010 World Indoor Masters Games winning a Bronze medal.

The choice of sports chiropractor for a career, came after seeing for the benefits of chiropractic care to minimize injuries, lessen the duration of healing and rehabilitation. As a chiropractor, I’ve had the privilege of accompanying the Canadian National Track and Field and Diving teams as their team healthcare practitioner.

I’ve been a sessional professor of Biomechanics at the University of Victoria and have guest lectured in the Golf Management program at Camosun College in Victoria.

I’m fortunate to work with many amateur golfers and professional golfers playing on the Canadian, Nationwide, Australian, European and PGA tours.
